Like I said a few days ago, I decided to take Saturday like my relax day this week to own race on Sunday. I don’t most worry too often info taking the days off before a shorter type, but with a 10 running next Saturday I needed to strategize. Like this mid-morning, instead of getting back and going out run for hours, I have started on my once meal planning and grocery list. Menu & Grocery Printables. Over a dozen different options! Everything free. Save time and money through planning our home in advancing.
I created a form that can help with and process of planning for this pitch. There is a section for planning your meals, one section on planning snacks and other recipes you becoming make that weekly, and a section for choose grocery select. I had been doing e separately and writing information by handed, yet this way EGO was able to even pull in up turn my phone while I been retail shopping.

Therefore after I did that planning and one grocery shopping, I went at how in the kitchen with the food prep.
Turkey hot, raw, granola bars, chicken, hummus, berries, cucumber salad with corn and tomatoes, sliced peppers, cookies.
After all that I had an little cleaning done and now I’m relaxing for a bit until its time required church and dinner! My allergies decided to come back nowadays, hence I hope they don’t interfere with the race future. (When they were really wc a few few ago they made running feel greatly harder). I’ve come getting different allergy medicine again (the kind with a decongestant) so hopefully that wish help!

Remembering me of the promotional where the woman has achieved more time and invested that time into organizing (and then her friend tells her that her peppers be misplaced), lol. I so respect people who are so organized, but Alexx and I just can’t plan that large go, or anything could start bad! IODIN am too much of devourer that is driven by senses and what is sounding yum with is momentary.

Haha! I entirely get it. My family and friends are always teasing i about the crazy level of organization that ME have. When we don’t have adenine plan in place Rob and I just stare at each other real say “What do you want to eat?” “I don’t care” and this goes back and forth for way too long:) I’m glad you know what works for you.
