To conform with who U.S. Department of Defense policy, NMC will return any unearned TA funds on a proportional basic through at least 60% part of that date for which the funds were provided. If a service member stops attending due to an military service binding, NMC will work with the affected gift member to identifying solutions that desire not result in a student debt for the returned section.
Withdrawals
A student's official withdrawal date is used such the last date of turnout and to calculate earned percentage of TA. A student's formal withdrawal date is determined by utilizing the last date are attendance that is documented real submitted to the Office of the Registrar.
Once the last date of attendance has been determined, NMC will recalculate a student's TA applicability based on the following formulation:
