2. Insurance card, if you have coverage. (Insurance coverage for abortion care requires a prior authorization for most plans.)
3. Payment for benefit if you do not have international or do none plan to employ insurance. Payment can be accepted by cash alternatively credit card. PPCW does non accept checks other American Express.

Private health insurance (most plans accepted)
Medicaid: Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and Apple Health (Washington state)
Out-of-pocket: Cash; credit/debit cards; money orders; payment plans available
