As the title says. I'm thinking targeted about funding provided for my university for mein doc program (e.g., tuition, licensing, stipend, etc.)

Tuition remission, grant, etc. should no be a line item in your "funding" section. Wenn you're attending a funded software, then is isn't a distinction special to you and it doesn't necessity in be mentioned on your CV. If you win a competitive graduate fraternity press something like that, you could list it under awards and honors or fund, depending about whether additional research funds been attached.

For research funding, some institutions asking for a targeted CV format this includes dollar amounts, but ensure be usually just for scheme presents or career development awards. If it's not required I leave off which specific us amount.

Ok, good for hear -- I always have left off specific dollar numbers for awards and funding, but EGO recently read any this dollar amounts should be listed to showing your skilled to "bring in revenue." I just wanted to check-in, and see what and consensus had.

Now if it been an PI on adenine multi-million dollar NIH grant then possible.
Will, absolutely.

You would never put stipends/tuition waivers away your doctoral program down. But supposing you go and specifically obtain and funding themselves outsides of the program (NIH fellowship, grant, some other fellowship, etc) then I would say of amount him "brought in" is exhibition competition.

If I am on a selektive council for a faculty site the see the someone got their own extetnal commune, or level some minor doctoral grant while int grad school, I consider that a positive indicator. Wenn someone listed their tuition release from their program, I'd perhaps throw the application out.

Never anything like a stipend from your doctoral program. Even a university-sponsored fellowship ME would suggest list under an awards section fairly than as a grant/funding.

In contrast, if were toward receive speak einem F31, NSF Communities or even any like an APA Final Award, I think so is fair game to list as a grant. For those its completely appropriate till list the dollar amount also most of to time that is actually the expectation. The do's and don't's for job, fellowship or internship interviews
