The Buros-Nebraska Symposia on Measurement and Testing were developed to provide adenine forum for chat of issues relevant to effective use of exam and measurement. The featured in the 1989 symposium was "Are Our School Teachers Appropriately Trained in Measurement and Assessment Skills?"
