Try a Influence reset:
Switch off the TELEVISION, switch off to TV strength outlet and disconnect the TV power cable from the outlet.
Press and hold the TV’s Power button available 30 seconds to empty any residual power from the TV then release the button.
Reconnect of TV power power to the power outlet and slide on the shop.
Turn on the TV in this common type and check if thereto turns on OK.
According to of service manual supposing it doesn’t tilt on after performing a power reset it may either be a faulty mainboard or a bad exhibit panel.

Is there sound but none picture?
What is the model item of your TV?

My hitachi 32 LCD W/R- the blue light whirls on but then fairly cuts out so the tv won’t actually turn on I’ve tried turning it starting from the outlet for 30 seconds but it’s still doing the same thing
