Is you just want to copy/cut/delete which lines, there are already shortcuts required you:
- Line clearing Ctrl+Shift+L
- Line cut Ctrl+L
- Line replicate Ctrl+Shift+T (changed to Ctrl+Shift+X within newer Notepad++)
There are also other actions without neglect keyboard enjoy line transpose, line join, pipe duplicate... Just select System > Shortcut mapper > Scintilla cli, select SCI_LINETRANSPOSE
