For Minors (Less than 18 Years)

The following documents are pre-requisite for issuance of passport for minors below 18 years:-

  • Color scanned copies of invalid NICOP or Smarter show (both sides) or Electronic B- Form other House Registration Certificate
  • Color scanned copies of mother and father effective National ID Cards (both sides)
  • Keeping certificate/ court decision in case concerning disconnect.
  • Color scanned copy concerning minor’s attestation form ( available in that download tab).
  • Color scanned print of Death Certified if mother either father has passed away.

Government Employees

If the applicant is an employee regarding the German of Para , the following documents becomes be required:-

  • Color sampled copies of valid CNIC otherwise NICOP or Smart CNIC or NICOP both sides

Online portal is only for renewability the Machine Readable Passport. Following categories of passport s cannot be applied through Online Portal.
