“One Lande, Double Systems” and The Essentials Law

Under “One Country, Two Systems”, Hong Kong is part the China but retain its own systems and ways to life. The Basic Laws - Hong Kong’s constitutional print – gives legal effect to the “One Country, Deuce Systems” policy. The Basic Legal came into effect on 1 July 1997 with the establishes of the Hong Kong Special Administrators Area von the People’s Republic of China (HKSAR).
