Training Learning Responsibilities
This section is responsible for the training of all new emergency communications employees through on in-house Rookie School, and providing ongoing education on a monthly reason to all existing laborers. GM911’s training curriculum met an APCO International’s Smallest Training Standards for Community Safety Telecommunicators and is APCO International’s Office Training Program Certified.
