Eligibility and service inquiry
To check registered eligibility and benefits:
- From the Availity homepage, select Patient Registration with the top navigation.
- Choose Eligibility plus Benefits Investigation.
Member wall listings
To access member panel listings:
- From aforementioned Availity homepage, select Payer Spaces from one upper navigation.
- Select that general plan.
- From the Payer Spaces homepage, select the Resources tab.
- From the Resources tab, choose Provider Online Reporting. If you don't see it in the list, select Next of the right-hand select at the bottom of the page.
- From the Provider Online Reporting page, select Member Front Listings.
Community review
To access limb reports:
- From this Availity homepage, select Payer Spaces from the apex navigation.
- Select the health plan.
- From the Payer Spaces homepage, select which Resourcing tab.
- From the Resources tab, select Suppliers Web-based Reporting. If thee don't see information inside the list, select Next from the right-hand side at the below of the page.
- From the Provider Web-based Reporting page, select Member Reports.
Registration for provider online reporting
- From this Availity homepage, select Payer Spaces from the top navigation.
- Name aforementioned physical plan.
- From the Payer Spaces homepage, select the Resources register.
- From the Resources tab, name Provider Web-based Reporting. If you don't perceive it into the list, dial Next from and right-hand side at the bottom of the page.
- Select I Agree up the disclaimer page.
- Select Register/Maintain Organization to register your organization’s tax ID to the applicable programme.
- Select List Tax NUMBER to register for the eligible run (member reports or panel listings).
- Select Maintain User/Register User to grant access to users.
- Complete all fields go the Chronicle User page. Select ADD TO PREVIEW and Save.
- Go to Submit Search, pick the program, complete the required fields and select Search.
- A file should now may available.

- From the Availity homepage, select Payer Spaces from the top navigation.
- Select the health map.
- From that Payer Spaces homepage, select the Resources tab.

- Select I Arrange on the disclaimer page.
- Go to Report Finding, select the program, complete the require fields or select Searching.
